Here is a list of all our queues that are associated with Task Management

Task Defined – A Task is a job with a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-annual, tri-annual, or quarterly recurrence. We use these queues to track that type of job in a designated spot so it doesn’t get mixed in with other valuable data. The customers job will show up in the corresponding queue it’s assigned according to the recurrence we have assigned.

 

Holding / Tracking Queues – (Define Reminder – Reminder means you’re using it to track another work order you’ve assigned to a tech or information you’ve sent to a customer)

  • 1cQ Weekly PRIORITY – DIRTY – (REMINDER)
    • When a tech reports an account in bad condition we create a work order and track it here until the account is back to normal.
  • 1dQ Weekly NEW – DALLAS – (REMINDER)
    • Place reminder work order to follow up with New Weekly Estimate.
  • 1eQ Weekly NEW – FT WORTH – (REMINDER)
    • Place reminder work order to follow up with New Weekly Estimate.
  • 1fQ Weekly QUOTES – (REMINDER)
    • In the event a customer is unsure they are signing up for weekly service you can close the Weekly NEW reminder work order and create a QUOTE to send to the customer while you wait for their acceptance.
  • 1gQ Weekly CANCEL
    • If a customer cancels service we can place a work order in this queue to track the total number of cancellations
  • 1hQ Weekly CUSTOMER ACTION – (REMINDER)
    • In the event a customer has called and complained, add a work order to this tracking queue so we don’t forget to follow up and ensure issues are resolved.
  • 3aQ PPC/FC TASKS Dallas
    • Used to track filter clean readiness in Dallas
  • 3bQ PPC/FC TASKS Fort Worth –
    • Used to track filter clean readiness in Fort Worth
  • 3eQ PPC/FC QUOTES / FOLLOWUP – (REMINDER)
    • Like the 1fQ Weekly QUOTES we use this to send and estimate to the customer if they haven’t decided to start a recurring filter clean package.
  • 3gQ PPC/FC CANCEL
    • If a customer cancels their PPC or FC package we can place a work order in this queue to track the total number of cancellations.
  • 3hQ PPC/FC CUSTOMER ACTION – (REMINDER)
    • In the event a customer has called and complained, add a work order to this tracking queue so we don’t forget to follow up and ensure issues are resolved.

 

Technician Queues

Weekly pool technicians are considered a form of queue. When you assign a customer to have their pool cleaned on a recurring basis you choose the tech. The tech assigned would be considered a tracking queue as well. You can move work orders and tasks in out of these queues when assigning them to techs to perform the work. Just be sure you have the work order the tech is performing and the work order reminder tracking it’s status when required.
