PPC/FC
  1. Set up as task
  2. Set start date and end date (End date should be one year after the start date on PPC.) Do not set end date on non PPC filter cleans. Basic Filter cleans need to be tracked as a reminder for when to call.
  3. Service Profile – PPC or Filter Checklist
  4. Service Amount - $0.00
  5. Service reoccurrence – Semi Annual or Quarterly
  6. Assigned to – Corresponding FC Queue
  7. Billing Reoccurrence – Per Visit(roll up include consumables)
  8. Invoice Date – When completed
  9. Recurring Note – State when the club ends and when we need to call and sell new pkg.
  10. Create Work Order for 1st cleaning (Include line item to charge) and assign to tech to perform.
  11. Close recurring task @ $0.00 to generate the timeline for next FC. (you will have to input close out time as well as resolution on job) put who you booked the job for and when in the resolution section.

By setting up these tasks properly the system will generate a timeline for the needed filter cleans and clubs. Upon completing the task it will show in the work history of account and automatically create a new job at the desired time in the future (4, months, 6 months to 1 year...etc.)

To assign a task to tech in field go to schedule, Reassign task. Choose the Queue and date. Check mark which task you want to move then choose which tech will be performing the work and on what date. Submit and it will reassign on a one time basis.

When the next job shows up to perform later in the year it will have returned to its corresponding FC queue.
